Here's some skinfo for you: The number one skin hydration food rule. The foods that are the best for hydration at the cellular level are foods that are 70% (or more) water.

Why? because the skin is 64% water (70% when we're younger) and that drops to about 50% as we age. Help your clients maintain high-hydration standards by including big amounts of 70% water foods in the diet.
