Maximum Purchase Policy


At this time, we must limit product purchases to no more than six (6) units per item, and select products to no more than three (3) units per item. Orders exceeding their maximum purchase limit are subject to cancellation. Redeeming a Promotion


Click on the shopping bag icon in upper right-hand corner to go to "Your Shopping Bag" page and begin checkout. Enter your promo code in the text box marked "ENTER PROMO" and click "APPLY." When your promo code is accepted, it will be displayed at the top of the page. Please note: Promo codes are not case sensitive. Only one promo code may be used per online order.

Item Availability


If, at the time of your order, you select an item that is temporarily out of stock, you will have the option to be notified via email when it is available for purchase.

International Orders


Euroskinsource.com currently ships within the United States and U.S. Territories.  We apologize, but we are currently unable to accept orders for delivery to international addresses outside of the United States.

Purchases at Other Retailers


We only accepts returned items purchased at euroskinsource.com. Kindly return any products bought at other retailers to the original place of purchase.

Ordering & Payment Methods

Order Inquiry


You can access your order status and history by referencing the tracking link in your order confirmation email, or by logging into your account. Please note: Some carriers may not provide tracking information for up to 24 business hours after your order has shipped. For status updates, Contact Us.

Order Processing Times


Orders received on Monday through Friday by 12pm (PST) are processed and shipped the same day, while orders received after 12pm (PST) are processed and shipped the next business day. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. Please note:

Orders placed on Monday through Friday with expedited service will be processed and shipped the same day, if received by 1:30pm PST, excluding major holidays.

We apologize, but euroskinsource is currently unable to accept orders for delivery to international addresses outside of the United States.


Order Cancellations or Changes

Once you submit your euroskinsource order, we are unable to make cancellations or changes.  If you have any questions or concerns, please Contact Us with your name and order number, and a Customer Care representative will respond to you as soon as possible.

Ordering Samples


At this time, euroskinsource.com product samples are not available for general distribution. However, various samples are available at time of your purchase, and periodically during special offers and promotions. If you're not sure which products are right for you, Contact Us for expert recommendations and advice.

euroskinsource.com accepts the following credit cards:

  • We are unable to accept CODs, layaway plans, checks, money orders, or cash. Please note: For your security, the billing name and address must match the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Payment Authorization


All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Payment Authorization Holds


When placing an order using a credit card, two transactions will be posted to your account:

  • When your order is authorized, the issuing bank for your credit card will place a hold on the funds in your account in the amount of your purchase. This action reserves the funds for the pending charge.

  • Once you are charged (when order ships), funds for the purchase amount will be removed from your account. If the order is altered or cancelled prior to shipment, the charge may vary from the amount of the authorization hold.

If an order is cancelled, the issuing bank will remove the authorization hold. For details on the removal of authorization holds, please contact the issuing bank's customer service. Because this process is specific to each bank, we regret that we cannot provide assistance with the removal of authorization holds.

Shipping & Delivery


euroskinsource.com currently ships within the United States and U.S. Territories addresses. We apologize, but euroskinsource.com is currently unable to accept orders for delivery to international addresses outside of the United States.

Standard Ground Service.

  • Ground Shipping is $5.95 or FREE for orders over $75 (pre-tax) within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories are excluded from free shipping.

  • Orders placed on Monday through Friday with standard ground service will be processed and shipped the same day, if received by 12pm (PST).

  • Orders placed on weekends or an observed holiday will be processed and shipped the next business day.

  • Most ground orders are delivered within 2-7 business days from the order ship date.

  • Ground orders to U.S. Territories are delivered within 7-14 business days of the order ship date.

  • Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may potentially take longer.

Expedited Service

  • 2nd Day ($17.95) and Next Day ($29.95) orders placed on Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day, if received by 1:30pm (ET).

  • Orders placed on weekends or an observed holiday will be processed and shipped the next business day.

  • 2nd Day orders are delivered within 2 business days from the order ship date.

  • Next Day orders are delivered within 1 business day from the order ship date.

  • Expedited service is not available on orders made to P.O. Boxes and U.S. Territories addresses.

  • Please note: Signature may be required upon delivery for expedited shipments

Shipping Restrictions


Some products sold at euroskinsource.com may require special handling or limited to specific shipping options as specified by federal, state and local regulations. Under some circumstances, shipping various products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Shipments to P.O. Box


Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box but some restrictions may apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions. Orders sent to P.O. Boxes are delivered via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Next Day service.

 

Shipments to U.S. Territories, Alaska & Hawaii
Most items may be shipped to the U.S. Territories, Alaska and Hawaii, but ome restrictions may apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Your ultimate satisfaction with euroskinsource products is our goal! Therefore, we gladly accept a return and/or exchange of any item purchased at euroskinsource.com upon receiving it within 30 days of the purchase date—no questions asked. Please be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice, and the reason for your return. The estimated refund time is approximately 30 business days from the date we receive your return.

To ensure a prompt and secure delivery, we recommend sending your return or exchange via United Parcel Service (UPS) or U.S. Postal Service (USPS) insured parcel post. We apologize, but return shipping fees are not refundable.
